The Treasure of the Sierra Madre adalah sebuah film neo- petualangan drama Amerika tahun 1948 yang ditulis dan disutradarai oleh John Huston . Film tersebut adalah sebuah adaptasi film fitur dari novel tahun 1927 bernama sama karya B. Traven tentang dua orang Amerika yang tertekan secara finansial, Fred C. Dobbs ( Humphrey Bogart ) dan Bob Curtin ( Tim Holt ), yang pada 1920an bergabung dengan teman lamanya Howard ( Walter Huston , ayah sutradara) di Meksiko untuk menjadi emas.
