Shaw Brothers (HK) Ltd. ( Hanzi : 邵氏兄弟（香港）有限公司 ) adalah perusahaan produksi film terbesar di Hong Kong .
Pada 1925, tiga Shaw bersaudara— Runje , Runme , dan —membentuk Tianyi Film Company (juga disebut Unique) di Shanghai , kemudian mendirikan sebuah basis distribusi film di Singapura dimana Runme dan saudara bungsunya Run Run Shaw mengurusi pendahulu dari perusahaan induknya . Shaw Brothers mengambil alih bisnis produksi film dari perusahaan saudarinya yang berbasis Hong Kong, Shaw & Sons Ltd., pada 1958.
Sepanjang tahun, Shaw Brothers memproduksi sekitar 1,000 film, sebelum produksi film ditangguhkan pada 1987 untuk berkonsentrasi pada industri televisi, melalui cabangnya TVB . Produksi filmnya kembali dilakukan pada 2009.
Pada, 2011 Shaw Brothers berganti nama menjadi Clear Water Bay Land Company Limited, bisnis produksi film-nya diambil alih perusahaan lainnya melalui konglomerat Shaw.
