Jeffrey David Sachs ( / ˈ s æ k s / ; lahir 5 November 1954) adalah ekonom Amerika Serikat dan direktur di Universitas Columbia . Ia dikenal sebagai salah satu pakar pembangunan ekonomi dunia dan pemberantasan kemiskinan.
