Keadilan iklim adalah istilah yang memandang pemanasan global sebagai isu etika dan mempertimbangkan keterkaitan sebab dan akibatnya dengan konsep keadilan , terutama keadilan lingkungan dan keadilan sosial . Keadilan iklim mempelajari berbagai isu seperti kesetaraan , hak asasi manusia , , dan tanggung jawab sejarah terkait perubahan iklim . Prinsip utama keadilan iklim adalah mengakui kenyataan bahwa orang-orang yang tidak memicu perubahan iklim justru mengalami dampak terburuk perubahan iklim. [ 1 ] [ 2 ] Istilah ini juga dipakai dalam , ketika keadilan tercapai melalui penerapan dan pengembangan hukum di bidang perubahan iklim. [ 3 ]
