Vilen Mitrofanovich Strutinsky ( bahasa Rusia : Вилен Митрофанович Струтинский ; 16 Oktober 1929 – 28 Juni 1993) adalah seorang fisikawan nuklir asal Uni Soviet . [ 1 ] Strutinsky lulus dari sekolah menengah pada 1946 di Odessa (usai keluarganya dievakuasi ke Yekaterinburg pada Perang Dunia II ).
