Sosialisme Kristen adalah suatu bentuk sosialisme religius yang berdasarkan pada pengajaran Yesus dari Nazaret . Banyak kaum sosialis Kristen yang meyakini kapitalisme sebagai pemberhalaan dan berakar pada keserakahan atau ketamakan , yang dipandang sebagai dosa berat oleh sejumlah kalangan Kristen . [ 1 ] Kaum sosialis Kristen mengidentifikasi bahwa penyebab ketidaksetaraan adalah keserakahan yang mereka kaitkan dengan kapitalisme. [ 1 ]
Sosialisme Kristen menjadi gerakan besar di Britania Raya pada permulaan 1960-an melalui Gerakan Sosialis Kristen, yang sejak 2013 dikenal sebagai . [ 1 ]
