Malcolm Scott Carpenter (1 Mei 1925 – 10 Oktober 2013) adalah seorang perwira angkatan laut, penerbang, pilot uji coba , , antariksawan dan akuanot asal Amerika Serikat. Ia adalah salah satu antariksawan Mercury Seven yang dipilih untuk NASA pada April 1959.
