Peter Van den Bossche (lahir 1959) adalah profesor hukum ekonomi internasional di Universitas Bern ( ). [ 1 ] Pada tahun 2018, ia terpilih sebagai kepala Society of International Economic Law (SIEL). Sebelum menjadi profesor di Universitas Bern, ia pernah bekerja di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Maastricht (1992-2016).
