Periode Menengah Kedua Mesir merupakan periode ketika Mesir Kuno jatuh dalam kekacauan untuk kedua kalinya. Periode ini dimulai setelah berakhirnya periode Kerajaan Pertengahan , dan berakhir saat periode Kerajaan Baru dimulai.
Pada periode ini, Hyksos muncul dan berkuasa di Mesir. Dinasti yang berkuasa pada Periode Menengah Kedua adalah dinasti kelima belas , dinasti keenam belas , dan dinasti ketujuh belas .
