Patronasi (clientela) adalah hubungan khusus dalam masyarakat Romawi kuno antara patronus (jamak patroni , "pelindung") dan cliens mereka (jamak clientes , "klien"). Hubungan tersebut bersifat hierarkial, tetapi saling menguntungkan.
