OLM, Inc. ( Jepang : 株式会社オー・エル・エム , Hepburn : Kabushiki-gaisha Ō Eru Emu ) , (formerly Oriental Light and Magic ), adalah studio animasi dan film Jepang yang berkantor pusat di Setagaya, Tokyo, Jepang, [ 2 ] yang didirikan pada tanggal 3 Oktober 1990, oleh para mantan karyawan dan OB Planning. Mereka terkenal karena memproduksi serial anime Pokémon .
Awal berdiri
OLM didirikan sebagai Oriental Light and Magic, Inc. pada tanggal 3 Oktober 1990, oleh Toshiaki Okuno, Shūkichi Kanda, Shōji Ōta, , Naohito Takahashi, Yuriko Chiba, Nobuyuki Wasaki, Tsukasa Koitabashi, dan Takaya Mizutani, yang sebelumnya berafiliasi dengan atau OB Planning. Nama mereka diambil dari studio efek khusus Amerika, Industrial Light & Magic .

Struktur studio
