Nostalgia adalah sebuah sentimentalitas untuk masa lalu, biasanya untuk sebuah periode atau tempat dengan asosiasi personal yang bahagia. ^{[ 1 ]} Kata nostalgia berasal dari kata bahasa Yunani ( nóstos ), yang artinya "kepulangan", sebuah kata Homerik , dan ἄλγος ( álgos ), yang artinya "luka" atau "sakit".
