Kepulauan Magdalen ( bahasa Prancis : les Îles de la Madeleine [lez‿il də la madˈlɛn] ) adalah kepulauan kecil yang terletak di Teluk Saint Lawrence dengan luas daratan sebesar 205,53 km ² . Walaupun terletak lebih dekat dengan Pulau Pangeran Edward dan Nova Scotia , kepulauan ini merupakan bagian dari provinsi Quebec .

Kepulauan ini dianggap sebagai (TE) dan (CD) Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine . Kode geografisnya adalah 01. Kepulauan ini juga merupakan bagian dari aglomerasi perkotaan Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine yang terbagi menjadi dua munisipalitas, yaitu (populasi 12.291 menurut sensus tahun 2011) dan (populasi 490).
