Hubungan Israel–Pakistan merujuk kepada hubungan bilateral antara Republik Islam Pakistan dan Negara Israel . Meskipun tanpa hubungan diplomatik resmi, kedua negara tersebut melakukan berbagai kerjasama diam-diam yang dekat dan kerjasama pada peristiwa-peristiwa seperti Perang Soviet-Afganistan dan konflik September Hitam . Hubungan diplomatik masih belum dibentuk karena Pakistan enggan resmi mengakui Israel sampai solusi dua negara tercapai dalam kaitannya dengan konflik Israel-Palestina . ^{[ 1 ]}
