Asteraceae , suku aster-asteran , atau suku kenikir -kenikiran adalah salah satu famili anggota tumbuhan berbunga . Menurut Sistem klasifikasi APG IV suku ini termasuk dalam ordo Asterales . Dalam Sistem Cronquist suku adalah satu-satunya anggota Asterales. Anggota suku ini ber bunga majemuk dan bermacam-macam jenisnya.
