Anna Komnene ( bahasa Yunani : Ἄννα Κομνηνή , Ánna Komnēnḗ ; 1 Desember 1083 – 1153), umumnya dilatinisasi sebagai Anna Comnena , ^{[ 1 ]} adalah seorang putri, cendekiawan, dokter , dan sejarawan.
