Alexius IV Angelus (atau Alexios IV Angelos ) ( bahasa Yunani : Αλέξιος Δ' Άγγελος ) (c. 1182 – 8 Februari 1204) adalah Kaisar Romawi Timur yang berkuasa dari Agustus 1203 hingga Januari 1204. Ia adalah putra dari Kaisar Isaakius II Angelus , dan istri pertama Irene. Pamannya adalah Alexius III Angelus .
