Alprenolol atau alfeprol adalah penghalang beta non-selektif serta antagonis reseptor 5-5-HT 1A dan 5-5-HT 1B , [ 1 ] yang digunakan dalam pengobatan angina pektoris . [ 2 ] Obat ini tidak lagi dipasarkan oleh AstraZeneca , tetapi mungkin masih tersedia dari perusahaan farmasi lain atau secara generik.
